By booking a reservation at our business, you accept the following terms of use:
- The final payment must be made according to the selected method of payment.
- To secure the reservation, the customer must pay the full amount of the reservation or a 30% deposit of the total amount.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation within the specified deadline in the refund policy, a refund will be issued based on the above terms.
- Reservations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date of the service.
- Free waiting time of 30 minutes at the airport and 15 minutes at other locations such as hotels and ports.
- Each additional hour of waiting is charged an additional 40 euros.
